We turned this 55,000sf bearing factory housed in a typical post and beam/tilt up walls  into offices for City of Hope. We opened a ceiling bay to create a landscaped garden in the middle of the building, bringing light and a sense of direction to the large space. Private offices, emergency control centers, workshops, conference rooms, storage, distribution center…all the elements of a well though Facilities Support Hub.
