ABOUT VIANNEY BOUTRY

Founded in 2013, Atelier VB is the Los Angeles based studio of Vianney Boutry, dedicated to the practice and art of creating unique spaces. AtelierVB’s design process is driven by the quest to capture and experience the qualities of spaces, light, environment and the client’s vision.

The work of the studio benefits from Vianney Boutry’ s master craftmanship in architecture, interior design and landscaping, as well as from his international background. His training in Europe and the United States allows him to combine the European design flair with the Californian coolness. His prior and current projects include works in France, Boston, New York and L.A where he has resided since 2002.

His vision and international background result in buildings of exceptional and uncommon sense of harmony, authenticity and refinement. His creative and comprehensive approach to interior and exterior spaces combines building, hardscape and landscape into a seamless experience, transforming vision into reality. His architecture is characterized by combining beautiful materials, pure elegant lines and the flow of natural light, that enhance the creation of volumes and spaces that inspire and empower as well as providing high functionality and perfect attention to details.

AtelierVB emphasizes the importance of a collaborative process and dialogue with their clients and builders, ensuring that all the expectations are exceeded. Meticulous research, abundant studies, and the use of current sustainability strategies enable the studio to fuse the practical and the conceptual in an architecture that is creative, inspired, empowering and enduring.
